This full-service project gave us wide opportunities to flex every design muscle we have: we developed the world and tightened the mechanics, directed the art, wrote the rules, and developed all of the visual systems and the components that use them. The result is a gorgeous game that onboards new players into its lush systems quickly, showing off Jason’s clever mancala-style action system to its fullest.
