Step into the ornate shoes of a Nayaka ruler to lead your kingdom to prosperity, building temples and infrastructure that stand even to this day.
This project was an amazing opportunity to work in the growing Indian board game market. The publisher was instrumental in guiding our research to ensure that these real people and places felt exciting and respectful, and learning about the differences in sensibilities between India and our usual western clients was fascinating. Designing components to Indian manufacturing capabilities (including handmade components from artisan wooden toymakers) was a particularly unique shift whose results we’re very please with!
